Dr. George Wolfe performed a solo with America’s Hometown Band at Emens Auditorium in Muncie, IN. He first explained how, as a Green Party candidate, needs 26,699 signatures to get ballot access, whereas Democrat & Republican candidates only need 5000 (or less in some cases).
